  I would NOT have given one star but unfortunately it won't let me post without at least clicking on one star. So I give you that for effort, but after today, you guys do not even deserve it. I will consider it a total blessing i did not sign up for an apartment at this place today, especially after reading some of the prior reviews. Imagine taking the time to tour a few apartments, being quoted a price, accepting it, then in less than one-half hour, oops, they made a mistake, it's actually higher. So even with that price, I was willing to give in and sign up, but another oops, now it's $400 higher. Whaaaat! Gave me a sick feeling to my stomach. Blame it on computer glitch or whatever, it still NOT RIGHT!!! i'LL BE SURE TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING. It was also explained to me that if I did not "lock in" the price today by putting in a deposit, it will be sure to go up in a few days. I was told that their "system" automatically raises the prices on the apartments, the longer they are empty, the higher they are priced, "so as to make up for the time it is not rented," I was told. Really??? So, when you cannot rent the apartment, you turn around and charge the future tenants the higher price so you can "make up for it." Amazing you guys are still in business, but maybe not for long.
